Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must meet all the specified eligibility criteria for NRI quota admissions.
- Proof of NRI status and relevant documents must be provided during the counseling process.
Registration and Fees:
- Candidates must complete the registration process on the official counseling website.
- A non-refundable counseling fee must be paid during registration. The amount will be specified on the website.
Document Submission and Verification:
- All required documents, including NEET scorecards and proof of NRI status, must be submitted within the stipulated time frame.
- Original documents must be presented for physical verification by the counseling board. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.
Merit List and Seat Allotment:
- A merit list will be prepared based on NEET scores and eligibility criteria.
- Seat allotment will be conducted based on the merit list and the preferences filled by the candidates during the choice filling process.
Choice Filling:
- Candidates will have a specific window of time to fill their choices of colleges and courses.
- Choices must be filled carefully, as they will determine the seat allotment.
Seat Acceptance and Reporting:
- Candidates allotted a seat must accept the seat by reporting to the assigned college within the given time frame.
- Failure to report on time will result in forfeiture of the allotted seat.
Non-Transferable Registration:
Registration for the counseling process is non-transferable. Only the registered candidate can participate in the counseling.
Cancellation and Withdrawal:
- Candidates can withdraw from the counseling process at any time before seat allotment.
- Once a seat is allotted, withdrawal or cancellation may attract penalties as per the rules of the respective college and counseling board.
Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising out of the counseling process will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the state conducting the counseling.
Compliance with Rules:
Candidates must comply with all the rules and regulations laid down by the counseling board and the respective medical colleges.
